Tenant Consumption: These rates are based on an average 3 bedroom house with a family of four not at home during the weekdays. Home energy efficiency and occupant habits will affect returns, so please enquire to receive an estimate based on your own property and individual circumstances.
The above percentages represent the estimated annual percentage of total power consumed from the solar power system. Figures are based on average annual Queensland solar production of 4.2 sunlight hours per day with the tenant paying $0.29/kW for the solar power consumed.
Kilowatt price is based on the Queensland retail rate of $0.29c per kW current as at July 1 2014. These figures are estimates.
